Outlook Instructions
- Copy the signature to the clipboard.
- In Outlook 2019/2016/2013/2010, click New Email (Ctrl + N) on the ribbon.
- In the new message window, go to Signature (the Include group) > Signatures.
- Create a new signature by clicking the New button.
- Paste the copied signature into the Edit signature section (Ctrl + V).
- Click OK.
Gmail Instructions
- Copy the signature to the clipboard.
- Log in to Gmail/G Suite.
- Click the gear icon in the upper-right corner and choose See all settings.
- On the General tab (default), scroll down to the Signature section.
- Click the Create new button to add a new email signature or the Edit button if you want to replace an existing signature.
- Paste the copied signature in the Edit signature section (Ctrl + V).
- (Optional) Choose whether to insert the signature automatically for new emails and replies and forwards.
- Scroll down and click Save changes.
Gmail Signature Configuration:
- Click on the Settings (Cog icon) located in the upper right corner.
- Select "See All Settings."
- Go to "General" > "Signature."
- For "New Emails," choose "No Signature."
- For "Reply/Forward," also select "No Signature."
- Scroll down and click "Save Changes."
Gmail Template Configuration:
- While in the "General" settings, switch to the "Advanced" tab.
- Find "Templates" and select "Enable."
- Scroll down and click "Save Changes."
Save Signature as Template (if needed):
- Due to file size, save your signature as a template or canned response:
- Exit the settings and compose a new email.
- Copy and paste your new signature into the email.
- Click on the three dots icon next to the trash icon.
- Choose "Templates" > "Save draft as template."
- Select "Save as new Template" and give it a name.
- Save the template.
Use Template for Signature (if using templates):
- In the compose window:
- Click on the three dots icon next to the trash icon.
- Choose "Templates."
- Select your saved "Signature" template to insert into your emails.

Apple Mail Instructions
- Copy the signature to the clipboard.
- While the Apple Mail is active, go to Mail > Preferences > Signatures.
- Choose your account.
- Click the + button to add a new signature.
- Uncheck the Always match my default message font option.
- Finally, paste the copied email signature.
Yahoo Instructions
- Copy the signature to the clipboard.
- Log in to your Yahoo Mail account.
- Click the gear icon in the upper-right corner and choose "More Settings".
- On the left menu, click "Writing email".
- Scroll down to the "Signature" section.
- Paste the copied email signature into the Signature field.
- Click "Save" to save your changes.
